CLIENT CODE OF CONDUCT & POLICY

To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment, all clients and students are expected to follow these studio guidelines:

Check-In: Please check in at the iPad station upon entering the main studio.
Jewelry: Remove all hand and neck accessories before class. Jewelry can damage poles.
Shoes: Remove street shoes before entering class. Dance heels are permitted.
Pole Cleaning: Wipe down your pole before and after practice using the provided cleaning supplies.
Pole Supplies: Please bring your own grip aid, hand towel, and yoga mat to each session.
Mirrors: Do not lean on or touch mirrors for safety and cleaning purposes.
Filming: Recording is only permitted during designated times as approved by the instructor.
Crash Mats: Avoid dragging crash mats across the floor. Wipe down mats before and after use.
Age Requirements: The minimum age to participate in classes is 18 years old.
Forgotten Items: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items.
Respectful Behavior: All clients, students, and staff must treat one another with respect, dignity, and fairness. Discrimination, harassment, or bias based on sex, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected status is strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness: Help maintain a clean and organized environment by cleaning up any equipment, materials, or liquids used during your class.
Substance-Free Environment: The use or presence of alcohol or illegal drugs is strictly prohibited on the premises.

Class Cancellation Policy

To ensure fairness and accommodate all students, the following cancellation policies apply:

Class Reservations: Due to limited capacity (one student per pole), reservations must be made through our website or the Mindbody app.
Early Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 4 hours before class allow you to reschedule without losing a class pass.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 4 hours of class start time, the system will automatically deduct a class pass and a $10 fee will incur. No exceptions.
No-Show/No Cancellation: A $10 fee will apply if you do not show up for class and fail to cancel at least 4 hours in advance.

If you accumulate two unpaid no-show fees, you will be removed from all future scheduled classes until outstanding fees are cleared.
If you attend a class with unpaid fees, you will be required to pay them at the reception desk before participating. If fees are not paid immediately, you will not be able to attend the class, and an additional $10 fee will be issued.

Minimum Class Requirement: A minimum of three students is required for a class to take place. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the class. Your class pass will be refunded to your account.
Studio Cancellations: If a class is canceled by the studio or an instructor is replaced, we will notify you at least 2 hours in advance. For cancellations initiated by the studio, no fees will be applied, and no class passes will be deducted.
Schedule Changes: All class times, schedules, and instructors are subject to change at the studio’s discretion.
Class Packages: Please note the expiration date on your class packages. Extensions will not be granted under any circumstances.
Waiting List

Automatic Enrollment: If a spot becomes available in a class for which you are waitlisted, the system will automatically add you to that class up to 45 minutes before the class start time. Please note that the system does not send notifications when you are added.
Responsibility: It is your responsibility to check your account before the class to see if you have been added.
Cancellation from Waitlist: You may remove yourself from the waiting list at any time before being added.
Commitment: Only join the waitlist if you are prepared to attend the class on short notice.
No Show from Waitlist: If you are added to a class from the waitlist and do not attend, a $10 No Show Fee will apply, and the class will be forfeited.
