REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund Policy
At Eleve LA Studio we strive to provide a fair and consistent experience for all clients. Please review our refund policies carefully, as they outline our approach to cancellations, class credits, and merchandise returns.
Cancellation Refund Policy
Class Passes, Packages, Memberships, and Contracts:
- All payments for services, including memberships, drop-in classes, sessions, workshops, and specialty classes, are non-refundable.
- No credits or refunds will be issued for no-shows.
- For 30-day passes, memberships, contracts, or packages: All class credits must be used within the specified timeframe. Unused credits will be forfeited after the expiration date.
Merchandise Refund Policy
Returns:
- Refunds will only be issued if the item you purchased is unavailable. In such cases:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless you request an exchange for an item of equal value.
- If the original payment card is no longer active, a store gift card will be issued instead.
- We do not accept returns on sale items, including but not limited to:
- Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotions
- End-of-season sales
- Bin or final sale items
Health & Hygiene Exceptions:
Due to health regulations and federal/state health codes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Panties, thongs, or similar intimate apparel
- Corsets, costumes, and apparel sets containing G-strings or thongs
- Bodysuits, swimwear, or any clothing that comes in close contact with intimate areas
Even Exchanges or Store Credit Only:
- For eligible items (unworn, unwashed, and non-defective merchandise not excluded by our health and hygiene exceptions), we offer even exchanges or store credit only.
- We do not offer refunds for returned items under any circumstances.
