1. What is Elevé LA Studio?
Elevé LA is a multi-disciplinary dance and entertainment facility based in Los Angeles. While our primary focus is on dance styles like pole, heels, and hip hop, we also offer a wide variety of training and performance-based classes designed to help you grow as a dancer or movement artist. Whether you're a beginner, a professional, a fitness enthusiast, or someone who just loves to move — Elevé LA is for you.

2. How much are classes?
Our current special opening rates are:

  • $15 for regular dance and fitness classes

  • $22 for pole or pole-adjacent classes

You can also save by purchasing one of our class packages through the MindBody app.

3. Can passes be used for all class types?
Yes and no. Here’s how it works:

  • Our 8, 10, 12-class packs and unlimited memberships can be used for any class type — pole, dance, or fitness.

  • Our single-session or 4-class packs for pole or dance are limited to that specific style.

Keep an eye out for special deals that offer flexible packages across all styles.
Please note: Class packs and sessions do not apply to workshops, training programs, or pop-ups, as those have separate pricing.

4. What types of classes do you offer?
We offer a wide range of classes including:

  • Pole

  • Heels

  • Twerk

  • Hip Hop

  • Flow & Flexibility
    ...and more! As a multi-style dance facility, we're always adding new classes to the schedule, including both dance and fitness options.

5. What should I wear to class?

  • Pole:

    • No oils, lotions, or jewelry.

    • Booty shorts are best for leg grip.

    • A tank top or sports bra is recommended.

    • Heels Optional 

  • Dance/Fitness:

    • Comfortable activewear you can move in.

    • Heels optional for choreography-based classes.

6. Do you offer rentals?
Yes! Elevé LA is available for:

  • Private rentals

  • Classes & workshops

  • Events & productions (photoshoots, filming, etc.)

7. Is there an age limit?

  • You must be 18+ to take pole classes.

  • Some dance classes are open to ages 14+ with a parent or guardian’s consent.

  • A youth program is coming soon!

8. How long are classes?
All regular classes are 60 minutes.
Workshops and performance training programs typically run 1.5 to 2 hours.

9. I've never taken a class like this — what if I don’t know what to do?
That’s exactly why you’re here! Everyone starts somewhere, and our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, and skill over time. You don’t need to be “strong” before you start — you’ll build strength by doing. Just come with an open mind, and we’ll guide you every step of the way.

10. Is there a weight limit?
No, there is absolutely no weight limit. Everyone is welcome, and we support all bodies in movement.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

  • Cancel at least 4 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $10 fee.

12. Where do I park?

  • Free parking is available behind the studio via Hardy Street.

  • There is also plenty of street parking available in front of the studio on La Brea or nearby streets.

13. How tall are your ceilings?
Our studio features 12-foot ceilings, perfect for aerial and pole movement.
